Rehoming – Profile

History:

Dotty has Ash and Dotty came into our care as their owner could no longer look after them.

Behaviour observations on site:

What a beautiful pair of kittens Ash and Dotty are, you never find one without the other! They’re typical kittens who have bundles of energy to burn off. If they’re not playing with toys with you, they’re playing with them together or play fighting each other!

On the rare occasions they’ve worn themselves out, they will happily cuddle up together for a nap, just to recharge their batteries and start all over again!

Ash is happy to be cuddled and held and will gently purr in your arms. Dotty can be a little more hesitant and prefers to be stroked than held.

Ash and Dotty can live with any age children who will be gentle with them, especially Dotty, and understand they’re not toys. They need to be only pets.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Medical history:

Dotty has a mild-moderate orthopaedic condition of her back right leg. She currently uses her leg well, it doesn’t stop her being a typical kitten! As she is still growing, our specialist has advised to wait until she fully develops before considering doing surgery on the leg. If your vet recommends that it is in Dotty’s best interest then we can amputate the leg here at the shelter at the charities cost. Dotty has no other known medical conditions.
Ash has no known medical conditions.

4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Additional information:

Ash and Dotty cannot be homed in Park Gate and their adoption fee: £175 If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated
