Name: Chino
Age: 1 year
Sex: Male
Breed: Spaniel/Poodle
Ref number: 109
															Personality:
Meet Chino! Our young, friendly bouncy boy with a lot of love and energy ready to bring to his new family! Despite not experiencing much of the world before his arrival at the Ark he’s been working hard with his new friends to help in building his confidence! When Chino isn’t out for his daily exercise and training sessions he enjoys a fuss and cuddle with his favourite people.
															Behaviour:
When out and about Chino can find everything quite overwhelming so he’s working closely with staff and volunteers to slowly start opening up his world with new experiences. Any potential adopters will need to be understanding of Chino’s sheltered history and be prepared to be patient with this young boy as he continues to experience things for the first time. What Chino lacks in confidence with the outside world he more than makes up for in the love and attention that he will bring to any family!
															Housing:
Chino will need adopters who are around most of the day whilst he settles into his new home and whilst we do believe Chino could eventually learn to be left for a hour or two he will need to be built up to this slowly. He will need a large secure garden to be able to let off some steam and preferably adopters who have experience with high energy dogs with the time and energy to train this fabulous boy!
															Children/pets:
Chino could live with secondary school age children who are used to dogs and will need to be the only pet in the home.
															Vet history:
Chino is up to date with flea, worming and vaccinations he will need to return to site when he is old enough to be castrated.
