Behaviour observations on site:
Clemmie is just the sweetest little girl that you can’t help but fall in love with, she is so loving and affectionate. Clemmie enjoys spending time with people to get all the fuss and attention she wants. Equally she’s happy off exploring the cattery, especially getting on top of the units and jumping across each one, she likes being at height so she can exactly what’s going on.
Clemmie is full of beans and has bundles of energy to burn off. She enjoys playing with all sorts of toys and will make a lovely addition to the right family.
Clemmie isn’t keen on other cats in the cattery so would be best suited as an only pet. Clemmie can live with children aged 8+ who will be gentle with her and not want to keep picking her up as she’s not overly keen on this.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.
Medical history:
When Clemmie came into us her tail was broken at the base, this has now been removed. We believe this is the result of a tail pull injury which has left her with some nerve damage. Due to this Clemmie does occasionally suffer with some incontinence, usually when she’s asleep and fully relaxed. This presents itself in a few urine drops in her bed, occasionally it can be more than that. In the cattery we manage this by putting a puppy pad on her bed which can be changed, and a blanket on top of this which can be washed. In a home Clemmie could be kept in one room during the night, or put in a large crate with everything she would need. Clemmie has no other known medical conditions.
4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
Additional information:
Clemmie cannot be homed in Gosport and her adoption fee: £80. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
