(We only keep application forms on file for 6 months due to GDPR requirements).

Rehoming – Profile
History:
These four girls came to us when their owner was moving, and they couldn’t keep them.
Behaviour observations on site:
Check out these little heartstoppers! Elle, Imogen, Tara and Darcy are full of energy and personality, each one unique. They arrived at The Ark naturally a little nervous, but over time they have settled and gained more confidence and are currently loving life getting spoilt by the staff and volunteers. But! What they would love even more – is to be spoilt in a place they can call home, and humans to call family. Can you help these girlies?!
Imogen stared off very fearful but has grown to be the more confident one of the four girls. When sitting in the pen she is the first one to come over ready for snacks. Even though she doesn’t like being over handled or picked up she is a sweet girl. Darcy is our chilled-out girl who loves to relax, her favourite thing is to kick back on her soft bed like the queen she is, pushing Imogen off it first, of course!
Elle and Tara are like two peas in a pod, they are both food crazy and are always the first to yell out for their evening veg as soon as four o’clock hits. These two have a shyer side but with the right family to love them and gain their trust they will be thriving with confidence in no time.

We are open to the option of rehoming these girls in pairs rather than a group. Staff can identify which pairs are more bonded so we can achieve this for the right applicant. However, they will also happily live in a group too.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the Guinea pigs.
Medical history:
Elle, Imogen, Darcy and Tara are all healthy with no current medical issues.
