Rehoming – Profile

History:

Harleyquin came into our care as her owner was moving abroad.

Behaviour observations on site:

Harleyquin was a little nervous when she first came in and preferred the comfort of her carrier to feel safe in. It didn’t take her long at all to settle and she has blossomed into the sweetest and most affectionate little girl.

Harleyquin is now straight out to greet you and is even brave enough to come out and explore the cattery floor. She loves rolling around in catnip.

Harleyquin does find loud noises and sudden movements a little scary and she will grumble if she feels unsettled, she doesn’t do anything else,  she just likes to show she’s a little worried. This is reducing as she is continues to feel more settled. She would benefit from a quiet or unused room to initially settle in in her new home to prevent her from becoming overwhelmed, although we don’t think she’ll need this for long.

Harleyquin can live with children aged 10+ who will be calm and quiet around her while she settled. She needs to be an only pet.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Adoption fee: £80 If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Medical history:

Harleyquin has no known medical conditions.

4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Additional information:

Harleyquin cannot be homed in Lee-On-The-Solent.
