Rehoming – Profile

History:

Unfortunately, Lesley was a stray, so we have no history for her.

Behaviour observations on site:

Lonely Lesley is looking for her husband. Do you have a single male that would benefit from having a female for a companion?

Lesley was shy and timid when we first met her but she’s now coming out of her shell and is showing us that she is an independent girl who knows her own mind. She likes her own space and is not keen on being handled, although she will allow a stroke now and then from those who know her best. She is also known to be a little grumpy – she will thump or grunt to let you know when she’s unhappy with something. But she’s always pleased when there is food or treat around. She can be unsure around new people but once she gets to know you, she will greet you and gently take treats from your hand.

Lesley can either be an indoor or outdoor bunny; she will need a rabbit-proof room or a large shed with a run permanently attached (see photo above for an example).

If you are interested in adopting Lesley, please fill out an application form below. To help speed up the adoption process, please forward us photos of your setup.

Adoption fee: £30-£50 If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Medical history:

Lesley is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and has had her teeth checked. She came into our care with sore hocks so she will need extra thick bedding. She currently has no other medical issues.

4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
