My Personality
Poor Moomin came into our care on Xmas Eve as her mum had sadly passed away. Moomin was such a shy little girl when she first came in but soon realised we had good intentions and didn’t take long to make friends. Once she feels comfortable around you she loves some gentle fuss and can be a really affectionate little girl. She loves being in your company and would benefit her new owners being around a lot of the time. Moomin has started coming onto your lap, although she doesn’t settle; it’s usually to get to the treats! She is incredibly foodie so this is a great way to make friends and overcome any trust barriers. At times Moomin does show she has a playful side.
When Moomin came into us she did have some alopecia on her back end, her fur is starting to grow. We believe this was down to a flea allergy, for this reason Moomin will need vet prescribed flea treatment every month.
Moomin is quite a sensitive little girl who does panic with sudden movements and loud noises, so would be best suited to a calm and quiet home. She would benefit from having a room that’s not used much to initially settle in, before exploring the rest of the property and eventually a fully enclosed garden. Moomin can live with sensible children aged 10+ who will be calm around her and needs to be an only pet.
Moomin cannot be homed in Gosport and her adoption fee is a minimum donation of £80.
