Behaviour observations on site:
Pierre is a super friendly chap with all people and dogs, whether he
knows them or not, and he loves to nuzzle in for a really good fuss
with his friends. He is a very easy going character taking everything in
his stride. All he wants is to be near you and to have lots of fuss and
go on little strolls.
He is a funny little chap who loves to roll around and be silly. He is a
dream boy who walks well on the lead, if a little slow because he
loves to sniff! He is happy to meet other dogs on walks but is not
over excited by them and can remain calm. He loves a treat and
playing ‘find the snack’.
Pierre has been living in a foster home for a few weeks and has
largely learned to toilet in the garden. He has made best friends with
the children, who are in their early teens. He has explored local walks
and been really good with off lead dogs and walking round live stock.
He has even seen a few cats and been really good.
Pierre’s perfect home would be anywhere with some humans of his
very own who love him and give him all the fuss and treats he
deserves. Pierre is not looking for a very active home because of his
breed. He will make the best companion for anyone at home, out
and about on small adventures.
We are all excited to see his happy face every morning, his new
humans will be very lucky people.
Adoption fee: £180. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.
Medical history:
Peire is neutered, fully vaccinated, flea and wormed.
Pierre has had a few medical issues with his eyes for which he is really good and patient for, the model patient.
He is currently on eye drops and may need to continue this in his
new home. Please ask for more information.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
Additional Information:
Cannot be rehomed to the Exeter area.
