Rehoming – Profile

History:

Tiger came into us as his owner could no longer look after him. He has lived with children of a variety of ages and was loving and affectionate in a home environment.

Behaviour observations on site:

Tiger is such a handsome man. He’s taken a little while to settle but now he has he is such an affectionate and loving boy. He loves nothing more than to rub around your legs or be stroked by you. Even though Tiger is an older gentleman he does still like to play occasionally and burn off some energy. Once he’s finished he like nothing more than to curl up in his bed for a snooze, this is quite often where you’ll find him!

Tiger has an incredibly strong dislike to other cats, we’ve even had to move him a couple of times in the cattery; so he would benefit in being homed in a low cat population area to prevent him becoming frustrated and swiping out at you.

Tiger needs to be an only pet and could possibly live with sensible children aged 12+ who will give him time and space to settle.

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.

Medical history:

Tiger has had a dental and a cyst removed while in our care. No known ongoing medical issues.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Additional information:

Tiger cannot be homed in Gosport or Stubbington and his adoption fee is a minimum donation of £80.
