Brian, Barry, Greg & Keith

Name: Brian, Barry, Greg & Keith

Age: Unknown

Sex: Male

Breed: Cockerels

Ref number: 11, 12, 13, 14

Personality:
Brian, Barry, Greg and Keith are all inquisitive boys who enjoy digging in their enrichment trays and foraging for insects. As the day nears the end they will each take themselves to a perch to roost for the night. They are all seeking separate homes with the company of their own flock of chickens.

Behaviour:
All of the cockerels are well handleable when required, naturally they can be a little spooked with fast movements.

Housing:
Brian, Keith, Barry and Greg are to be rehomed separately and would require at least 5 chickens in their new home. The enclosure should be a large predator proof coop with a large outdoor/grass area, accessed either via free roaming or attached to their coop. Sizing of the enclosure can be discussed with staff.

Children/pets:
Can live around other pets, but to be kept separately. They can live with children of all ages, but to be supervised when interacting (especially younger children below the age of 11 years).

Vet history:
The cockerels arrived in poor condition and were underweight but have been doing so much better since being in our care, they have no current health concerns.

Adoption fee:
The adoption fee is £10 for 1, £17.50 for 2, £27.50 for 3 and £35 for all 4. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.

Additional information:

We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the Cockerels.

Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.

Due to the high number of applications we receive daily, regrettably we will only be able to contact the successful applicant.

Please note you have to be 18+ to apply for an animal
