Personality:
Luna came into our care with her newborn kittens after her owner sadly passed away. She is a very sweet but sensitive girl who is becoming braver in the cattery environment, but does get easily spooked. She enjoys lots of fuss and loves to be around you. In her foster home, Luna was shy at first but soon gained confidence in her new surroundings. She is quite sensitive to noise so is looking for a quieter home to settle into.
Behaviour:
Luna enjoys catnapping in her furry enclosed bed but as soon as you go into her unit she comes out to greet you with head rubs. She loves to play with a variety of toys but mostly enjoys being around people, rolling around and purring with content.
Housing:
Luna gets easily spooked when out exploring the cattery floor and will run back to her unit where she feels safe, so for this reason she would benefit from her own unused room to initially settle in before exploring the rest of the property, and eventually a garden. She cannot be homed in Basingstoke, RG22 area.
Children/pets:
Luna cannot live with other cats or dogs. Because she is a sensitive girl she could possibly live with older secondary school aged children who will be gentle and calm around her.
Vet history:
Luna is neutered and has been microchipped, flea, wormed and fully vaccinated. Luna has no known medical conditions. 4 weeks free pet insurance included with adoption.
Additional information:
All rented and leasehold properties will require written consent from the property owner or agent. This needs to be in place before completing an application form. If your application is successful, staff will request a copy.
We reserve the right to remove a reserve at any stage of the adoption process if we believe it is in the best interest of the cat.
Adopters should consider that previous medical conditions will now not be covered by insurance. Adopters are responsible for the on-going medical costs once the animal has been adopted.
